Emily and Matt were introduced by their sisters in August of 2006. Emily quickly wrote Matt off as a summer fling because a) she couldn’t understand much of what he said in his East Texas accent and b) he didn’t laugh at the same parts of ‘Talladega Nights’ as she did. Despite these extremely convincing arguments, they went on 5 dates in 5 nights. Emily quickly realized that this was no summer fling… she had met her Mr. Darcy.
We are so very looking forward to getting silly with Emily and Matt on their wedding day!
