The Live Photo Booth was one of Tiffany (and her guests’) favorite parts of the wedding day. She told us, “We really loved the live photo booth. We had so many friends come to us asking to take a certain group picture together – whether it was a high school pic or college girls pic. It was so much fun!!”
Tiffany and Gary met through their work, at a real estate investment firm. Although she lived in Dallas, and he lived in New York City, they were both sent to work on a deal in Canada. They began dating, and Tiffany soon transferred to NYC to be with Gary. Quite the deal, indeed! Eventually, Gary accompanied Tiffany and her family on a sailing trip in the British Virgin Islands. They took a long run together around the island, and then walked to the edge of a pier overlooking the ocean, to cool off. She turned to say something, and found Gary down on one knee! After saying yes, she hurried back to tell her family the wonderful news…
They invited friends and family from all over the world to join them in celebrating their wedding in Austin, at Lakeway Resort. One of Tiffany’s favorite parts of the day was the dancing. Their band, Grooves, kept the floor completely PACKED! We fell utterly and completely in love with her dress, by Saison Blanche. Sentelli’s Bakery made both the lovely bride’s cake and the incredible groom’s cake (a perfect replica of his parent’s backyard!). Donna with Flowers by Nancy put together the stunning bouquets and centerpieces, and ILD Lighting lit it all up!
The Intelligent Lighting Design (ILD Lighting) team loved working with you!! These photos are incredible!!
Eddie and Christy met at a Chinese takeout place, where they both worked during high school and while attending UT. Christy was a cashier, and Eddie made deliveries. They knew each other for a while before Eddie finally made his move. He says she was dropping hints first, so he got up the nerve to ask her out, in an ICQ message. Their first date was at Momoko, near campus. Christy seems to have figured out that Eddie needs some gentle nudging… this might explain why one day Eddie came home to find a calendar on his desk, with a note that read, “pick a month”. After that, they were engaged.
They chose a lovely month, as a it happens – their beautiful Nature’s Point wedding will take place this September, and we can’t wait!
First to comment. Ya!!! At first while I was reading it, I thought it was so romantic until towards the end, I totally cracked up. That explains why it took Eddie so many yrs to make his final move. Geez Eddie!
Anway, Congratulations to my loving sis & my longing future brother in law! <3
P.S. Why are guys so slow? lol
I have to say so cute! Congratulations Eddie & Christy! May God bless you and Eddie! =)

Dude, these photos are pretty!!
Jason and Julia met at an 80′s theme party. Despite (or perhaps because of?) her side ponytail and his hairband wig – it was love at first sight! A year and a half later, Jason surprised Julia with a ring at Thanksgiving dinner, with both of their families present. She tells me they are best friends, that he makes her laugh like no one else and smile all day long, that they fall in love all over again every single day… but looking at the two of them together, no one needs to spell any of this out. Julia and Jason are clearly perfect for each other.
We’re eagerly anticipating spending more time enveloped in their infectious happiness at their wedding, next year!
I love you guys!
I was lucky enough to be at that same 80′s party and I can say, it was love at first sight!
I can not wait for the wedding. I love you both and I know that you will have a lifetime of happiness!
Cheers!
You guys are awesome. I love to see you both looking so smitten! I can’t wait for the wedding!
Great pics! I can’t wait for the wedding! Love you guys!
I was also at this party- of course I lived at the house. And as much as I would love to take credit for introducing my two friends I have a feeling that somehow they would have met regardless. I knew the moment I met Julia at work that she was meant to be with my roommate, and buddy, Jason. You guys are so special and deserve so much happiness. See you in a few months!!!
I am soo happy for you guysss!! Marriage is so beautiful and I know our entire family sees jason as part of it already, I can’t wait for the wedding!!

I love these pictures and I cannot wait for the WEDDING! Julia looks beautiful and Jason looks handsome!
Love both of you and your sweet story!!! These pics are great!
My heart beat was the first sound Jason ever heard, you see I had the most wonderful gift of carrying him close to my heart for the first 9 months of his life..it seems that our hearts have been miraculously woven together for the last 36 years, however the day that our precious Julia walked into Jason’s life I knew the day had come that a mother who loves her children prays for. Handing over the strings to my heart was a gift from me to Julia that I will do on March 16th 2012. Nothing could make my life happier then to see my son love this women the way his dad loved me for 23 years.I know that Jason’s dad is looking down from heaven with a smile on his face to see Jason so “Complete” as the two become one. Jason, you are everything a mom could ever want in a son, and Julia, Thank you for loving my Jason! I look forward to many happy family memories together. I love you both! Mom
Love the pictures, so cute
Can’t wait for the wedding!

Jason is my “little” brother and I have such a special place in my heart for him. I have always kid him that I have taken care of him all his life. Holding him and carrying him as a baby and praying for nothing but good things for him as he grew to the wonderful man he has become. I knew the day we met Julia that God had brought him his soul mate and he was finally complete! I am overflowing with joy for them both and cant wait to celebrate their new life together in March. I love you both with ALL my heart! May God truly Bless you as you both become one!!!

Matt and Jennifer met at Rebels Honky Tonk. She went up to him and delivered a smooth line while asking him to dance; he couldn’t resist. They were still dancing at the end of the night, so he asked for her number, and they’ve been together ever since. A while back, Matt took Jennifer for a surprise weekend “away” together, at the Driskill. They went to Moonshine, her favorite place, for a nice dinner. Afterwards, they walked back to the Driskill, where a horse-drawn carriage was waiting for them (something Jennifer had always wanted to do!). They took a romantic ride through downtown, ending in front of the beautifully lit-up capitol. Matt got down on one knee – in the carriage – and asked her to marry him. She was so surprised that all she could say was, “oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh!” Matt made sure that was a yes, and then plans for the wedding began!
I love these, you guys are great. I can’t wait to see what you do at the wedding
Cassie and Brett met at Texas Christian University. Cassie introduced herself and gave Brett her number, telling him to call her that night so they could hang out together. Unbelievably, Brett didn’t call. They ended up friends, anyway, but after that initial snag, they each decided to keep their crushes on the other a secret. By their second semester, though, the truth was out, and they began dating. They were inseparable all through college, until Brett moved to Houston for Medical School. Since Cassie had to finish her degree in Austin, they were forced to spend one terrible year apart. They drove back and forth between Houston and Austin every weekend until Cassie was able to get a job in Houston.
About a year after she moved to Houston to be near him, Brett convinced Cassie to get dressed up for a friend’s birthday party. Since Cassie loves to save money, he told her they’d have Chinese takeout before the party. This was a great opportunity for her compare fortunes (she loves opening everyone’s cookies and figuring out who got the best fortune). She grabbed hers first. It read, “Someone has a very important question to ask.” When she looked up, Brett was down on one knee. After she gave her very important answer, Brett took Cassie to her “friend’s party”, where her parents and other loved ones were waiting with champagne to celebrate their engagement!
Wow, loved the photos. I can hardly wait until the big day!

Michele and Jon are married! Their Lakeway Resort wedding was just perfect. We were super excited to share the day with them, and they did not disappoint! In addition to perfect weather, they brought along an extra cool group of friends and family to party with. Michele started off the day a bit nervous, but all of her stress and worries completely disappeared and she felt instantly at ease when she and Jon saw each other for the first time (which is just the way it should be!). After the sweet ceremony, the rest of the evening just flew by. There were totally touching toasts (Michele’s dad surprised her with his uncharacteristically emotional speech) and just plain crazy fun dancing (Michele’s 90 year old grandpa nearly stole the show with his moves, but then Jon’s aunt made him re-enact a dance that got him into big trouble when he was only five – in the end, it was too close to call!). After a rose petal send-off, Michele and Jon were whisked away to the capitol for a magical and romantic moment alone, where they marveled at how quickly it had all gone by…
Thank you, thank you, thank you to Barbara Hearne of Barbara’s Brides, for pulling this all together so nicely! Also, thanks to Bouquets of Austin, DJ Stafford Jones, Simon Lee, and Melanie Richardson from Lakeway Resort – you all rocked, as usual!
I love the sunset photos of you and Jon
They are beautiful! Thank you Laura and Eric for these wonderful shots and putting up with us. We had the time of our lives! The pictures came out perfectly!!!
Wayne and Brandi are another success story for Match.com. After getting to know each other online, they decided to meet for lunch. Things must’ve gone really well, because they ended up going out twice more that week! After dating for a while, Wayne joined Brandi, her parents, and her brothers on an RV trip to Ohio and Tennessee. It was another good sign, when he wasn’t scared off by an entire week of being cooped up in such a small space with her whole family. But Brandi truly knew that he was the PERFECT guy for her when she asked him if, in the event of a zombie apocalypse, he would shoot her in the head if she got bitten. Instead of laughing at her, he promised her that he would, and then asked the same of her (of course she promised to shoot him, too).
After asking her father for his blessing, Wayne took Brandi to a small, family-owned, quiet restaurant that they both liked. There were a dozen red roses waiting beside their reserved table and a small banner under the glass tabletop reading “I love you, Brandi”. Unlike the majority of brides we know, who swear they were shocked by their proposals, Brandi confides that those hints, combined with the owner’s comment about it being a “special day,” tipped her off that something was going on. Sure enough, after they enjoyed their lunch, Wayne went around to Brandi, got down on one knee, told her he loved her and couldn’t imagine a future without her, then pulled out a beautiful ring and asked her to marry him!
I am SO happy for the two of you and I can’t wait to be there on your big day! This made me smile from ear to ear… so so happy for you!
Awww, this is so sweet!
So glad for you <3

Pretty hot elevator action…congratulations on your engagement and fast approaching wedding!
Beautiful!
Brandi & Wayne, enjoy being married, always reserve some time to be each selves, a couple, and when kids come fathers and mentors. Never let your other roles invade the space you reserve for each one, hope you have a great wedding, and Brandy follow your grandmother’s example… I won’t say your great grandmother’s because that is too much dedication. HAHAHA
Awesome pics
